Revision of Automated System Gosexpertiza from 2013-02-05

The information on introduction and perfection of the automated system Gosexpertiza
In first half of 2009 in Head enterprise RSE «Gosexpertiza» the automated system of electronic passage of procedures of state expertise of projects (AS Gosexpertiza) has been introduced, and in the second half of the same year has been introduced in territorial divisions.
In June, 2009 within the limits of AS Gosexpertiza have entered the uniform central registration center for all republican system of Gosexpertiza in Kazakhstan, that, we have eradicated ground for an opportunity of corruption, and also have achieved a transparency of assignment of numbers at registration and delivery to customers of expert conclusions. Besides the Head enterprise spends monitoring projects on republic as a whole, that receiving the information under this or that project which is passing state expertise.
With the beginning of introduction the AS Gosexpertiza has been held a republican seminar on training experts from regional divisions with attraction as teachers of developers of this automated system, and also an establishment of responsible persons on its introduction in all territorial divisions RSE «Gosexpertiza». After carrying out of a republican seminar all listeners have received corresponding certificates for the course.
For today Automated system Gosexpertiza functions in all territorial divisions that allows to minimize a time resource on industrial activity of state expertise, and also conducting the control over a course of consideration of projects as a whole on system AS Gosexpertiza, including the control over contractual and financial operations, and also monitoring behind delivery of remarks under the project.
Per 2010 in RSE «Gosexpertiza» is spent already the second stage of a deepening the AS Gosexpertiza by modernization and perfection of system in the Head enterprise and its territorial divisions. At the second stage new functions for optimization and improvement of quality of expert activity are entered, and also work above the raised security the AS Gosexpertiza is conducted. At present one of the realized problems in security of system is construction of the uniform protected corporate network on technology IP/VPN.
Owing to system the AS Gosexpertiza, RSE «Gosexpertiza» (including its branches on places) spends actions on realization of system of a transparency of expert activity, placing the information under projects on corporate a web-resource.
On March, 2012 in RSE «Gosexpertiza» (Astana) has been held a republican seminar on a new platform of the automated system «AS State expertise» in which IT-experts of all territorial divisions have taken part.
RSE «Gosexpertiza» plans also the further development of system the AS Gosexpertiza as available results demand regular actualization of our actions with a view of increase of the responsibility of all participants of process of state expertise from customers, designers and experts.
