About results of activity of republican system of state expertise of projects for 2011 and its primary goals for 2012

The republican meeting took place in second half of day on February, 3rd, 2012 after session of board of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services in RSE «Gosexpertiza» «Results of activity of State expertise for 2011 and goals for 2012».
In work of meeting have taken part the deputy Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services D.A. Akimzhanov and other senior officials of this central agency.
With the report on the results reached in 2011 was made by General director RSE «Gosexpertiza» B.B. Yerezhepov. It has designated the problems put before republican system of state expertise of projects for 2012.
Performance of the head of department of licensing of Department GaSkNL and A of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan S.V. Bocharov has been devoted to changes in the legislation concerning licensing in the field of architecture, town-planning and construction, and also about features of certification of experts RSE «Gosexpertiza» and its territorial divisions which are carrying out examination of sections of the design-budget documentation on construction.
Performance of the deputy Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services D.A. Akimzhanov has been devoted to the primary goals facing RSE «Gosexpertiza» for the nearest period, and also questions of increase of the responsibility for quality of an expert estimation of the design documentation.
With the information on the work executed in 2011 and plans of 2012 (about a financial and economic condition of territorial divisions) on results of work for 2011 the chief of a department of book keeping and planning RSE «Gosexpertiza» B.E. Bishenova have acted, the chief of a department of legal maintenance and personnel work RSE «Gosexpertiza» Z.M. Idrisova (observance of requirements of the current legislation and normative-legal certificates of Republic of Kazakhstan in activity of territorial divisions), the chief of a department of methodology and software RSE «Gosexpertiza» E.B. Akanov (an estimation of quality of preparation of expert conclusions and results of a rating estimation of territorial divisions of RSE «Gosexpertiza»for 2011).
Were heard and some of the directors of the territorial divisions of State expertise.
