The purpose of the technical-economic feasibility - preservation existing heat source and its reconstruction in view of modern needs of city and republic as a whole, increasing the energy efficiency of natural gas.
The primary goal: a choice of an optimum variant of reconstruction of CHP-4 for reliable power supply of city on the basis of modern technologies with use of an existing infrastructure and with an opportunity of the further expansion.
Terms of construction are planned for 2013
