Re-registration

In compliance with № 144 Order of the Republican State Enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management “The State Expertise of Projects” (RSE “Gosexpertiza”) of the RK Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities as of July 30, 2012, amendments have been made in the entitling constituent documents, for which cause the name “The Southern Affiliated Branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management “The State Expertise of Projects” (RSE “Gosexpertiza”) of the RK Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities, after completion of registration\re-registration, has been changed to “Affiliated Branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management “The State Expertise of Projects (RSE “Gosexpertiza”) of the RK Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities in the city of Almaty” (Certificate of Incorporation № 61-1910-02-Ф-л dated August 20, 2012).
