Session of the Commission on pricing Intergovernmental Council on cooperation in building activity of the states-participants of CIS.

From October, 10 till October, 11th, 2012 in a of Dushanbe on pricing Intergovernmental Council on cooperation the next session of the Commission in building activity of the states-participants CIS took place. Members of the Commission have taken part in work of the next session of the Commission on pricing from the Republic of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and Republic of Tajikistan. The Republic of Kazakhstan was represented by delegation in structure of: Kairova Z.A. - the head of department of expertise of RSE "Gosexpertiza", Bobryashov D.N. - Deputy general director of RSE «KazNIISSA», Zhanuzakov B.B. - director of the Center of pricing RSE «KazNIISSA», Tleuberlina A.O. - the head of a department of analytics of the Center of pricing RSE «KazNIISSA». At session of the Commission have acted as Kairova Z.A. with a theme of the report: «About reform of pricing in construction RK within the limits of reforming system of technical regulation in building branch» and Zhanuzakov B.B. which has lead presentation of the report «About classification and the coding of building resources in Republic of Kazakhstan». As a result of discussion offers of Republic of Kazakhstan on 12-digit new system of coding of building materials, products and the designs, harmonized with the standard international statistical system of coding are taken into consideration and approved; and also it is recommended to Republic of Kazakhstan to organize a practical seminar-meeting on studying questions of system of coding of building resources at the present stage of transition of national systems of pricing on market methods.
