Meeting on the issues of improving the design and expert activities, as well as on the presentation of the communication module and downloading the re-considered design estimates

There was held an expanded meeting on improving the design and expert activities, as well as on the presentation of the communication module and downloading the re-considered design estimates under the chairmanship of the deputy akim of the city of Almaty S. Makejanov with the participation of E.Edresov, deputy general director for production of RSE "Statexpertise" in September 29, 2017 within the framework of the RSE " Statexpertise " interaction with local executive bodies. The meeting was also attended by M. Abdibaeva the adviser to the deputy akim of Almaty, a member of the Presidium of the Chamber of Expert Organizations, heads of the structural subdivisions of the akimat, municipal services, state institutions, design organizations of the city, etc. The meeting was opened by S. Makejanov-deputy akim of Almaty. In the course of the meeting Deputy Director for Production of RSE "Statexpertise" E.Edresov made a report and noted that modern trends in the development of the economy, including the construction industry, necessitate the introduction of progressive methods of organizing work based on innovative technologies of strategic management, production management processes and active application of software in expert activities. Starting from 2015, RSE " Statexpertise " carries out a complex non-departmental examination of construction projects only through an electronic portal, in electronic format, with the issuance of conclusions supported by digital signatures. This direction is currently developing in accordance with the State program "Digital Kazakhstan", proclaimed by the Head of State, and which is aimed at making Kazakhstan a modern, innovative state. The meeting was also attended by S. Lekerov, the director of the branch of RSE " Statexpertise" in Almaty, who provided information on the main activities of the branch for 8 months of this year. In addition, during the meeting: two new modules of the epsd.kz portal (module for communication and re-download of design estimates) were presented, as well as changes and additions to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of complex non-departmental project appraisal were brought to the notice of the meeting (Orders of the Minister for Investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 370 of June 21, 2017, No. 477 of July 17, 2017), discussed topical issues and the most frequent comments on projects. At present, the RSE " Statexpertise " continues to work in the following areas: software development for the implementation of information modeling technologies for construction objects (visualization of BIM projects in virtual and mixed reality, improvement of expert procedures for the introduction of the mechanism for automatically checking the sections of project documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements. There was desided to hold a cycle of joint activities aimed at improving expert activity, to informational and methodological assistance to designers and organizing a constructive dialogue, in order to improve the design quality in the and of the meeting.
