On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Conducting a Comprehensive Non-Departmental Expertise

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 49-VI of February 27, 2017 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Business Activities" (enters into force on March 11, 2017) amended and additions in the part of carrying out ecological and sanitary-epidemiological expertise of construction projects. From the date of entry into force of the above-mentioned Law, environmental examination of projects and sanitary-epidemiological examination of projects in RSE "Gosexpertiza" and accredited expert organizations will be carried out as part of a comprehensive non-departmental expertise of construction projects. For the implementation of expert works, in the part of environmental and sanitary-epidemiological expertise of projects, individuals certified in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, town-planning and construction activities will be involved.
