Training seminar for employees of the Department and offices for the protection of consumer rights in the Kostanay region

On November 29, 2016, on the basis of the RSU "Consumer Protection Department of the Kostanay Region of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a training seminar was held for the employees of the Department and offices for the protection of consumers' rights in the Kostanay region. The seminar was held to explain the processes of carrying out complex non-departmental expertise of projects. During the seminar the following issues were considered: 1. Scheme of complex non-departmental expertise. 2. Work with a single portal to conduct a comprehensive non-departmental expertise. The branch employee described in detail the step-by-step instruction for conducting a complex non-departmental examination of projects in a schematic form of its content: the receipt of construction projects (feasibility studies and design estimates) along with the source documents (via an electronic portal); demonstration of work with a single portal for complex non-departmental expertise of projects (project receipt, completeness check, work with EDS, formation of motivated refusals, formation of summary conclusions). The seminar continued in a question-and-answer format, where speakers, within the framework of their competence, answered numerous questions from those present.  The results of the meeting were summed up by Deputy Head of the Department Y.I. Sevostyanov, pointing out the need to continue further interaction of the state expertise of projects and industry expertise.
