Training, dedicated to the main functional capabilities of the MAGICAD software package (Internal engineering networks)

October 22 the expert on water supply and sewerage of Kostanay Branch took part in the training course of MagiCAD program (for internal engineering networks), organized by the head enterprise of RSE "Gosexpertiza". The program MagiCAD is designed for three-dimensional design and implementation of the necessary calculations of engineering systems - ventilation and air conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical systems.

Organized training was devoted to the following basic functionalities of the MAGICAD software package:

• tools for designing and editing pipeline systems; • Design of single, double and triple-tube heating systems; • automatic selection of pipeline diameters; • hydraulic calculation of systems; • selection of pipe diameter of water supply systems taking into account uneven water consumption; • balancing of heating and cooling systems with the help of radiator and balancing valves; • the ability to view parameters at any point of the network (flow rate, pressure loss, type of shut-off and control valves, etc.); • automatic creation of specifications for materials and equipment; • creating and editing cross-sections; • Control of intersections of system elements between each other and with building structures; • settings for graphical display of objects for each viewport;
