Republican Seminar on Legal and Personnel Issues

In accordance with the Staff Development Plan of RSE "Gosexpertiza" on November 3-4, 2011, the next republican seminar-meeting on legal and personnel issues was held in Astana, where the main specialists of the State Enterprise "Kostanaygosekspertiza" took part. Opening the seminar, General Director of RSE "State Expertise" B. Erezhepov highlighted the main directions of development of legal and personnel components in the work of the system of state expertise of projects. On the mechanisms of legal support for the activities of the state enterprise was reported by Z. Idrisova, head of the department of legal support and personnel work of RSE Gosexpertiza and chief specialist A. Omarov. The information on HR management was made by G. Kushebayev, Chief Specialist on Personnel Work of RSE "Gosexpertiza". The main themes of the seminar were: 1) clarification of the antimonopoly legislation with regard to the further activities of state enterprises and organizations with state participation, as well as the Law of 1 March 2011 "On State Property"; 2) the practice of applying the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To conduct the seminar, D. Adilkhan, Deputy Director of the Department for the Policy of State Assets Management of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, S.Sarsekova, Head of the Department for Work with Legal Entities of the Interregional Department of State Property and Privatization (Saryarka), the Chief State Labor Inspector of the Control and Social Committee protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection B. Zhumagulov.
