Seminar on "Changing the labor legislation: current issues of law enforcement and judicial practice"

For the employees of the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" a seminar was organized on the topic "Changing Labor Law: Actual Issues of Law Enforcement and Judicial Practice" in Astana on September 14, 2017. The following issues were considered at the seminar: 1. Practical issues of the application of the new norms of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Air Ammunition No. 1114-V of November 23, 2015). 1.1. Conclusion, execution of termination of the employment contract. 1.2. Termination of the employment contract. 1.3. Work time. 1.4. Time relax. 1.5. Responsibility of the employee and the employer. 1.6. Vocational training, retraining and advanced training. 2. The practice of applying the norms of labor legislation to courts: expert analysis and recommendations. 3. Organization of military registration of persons liable for military service and conscripts of legal entities in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Defense of January 24, 2017, No. 28. After the seminar the participants were awarded certificates.
