Helpline The «helpline» is a channel for communication with citizens and organizations created to obtain additional information for improving the activities of the production department in the city of Atyrau of the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in the Western region (hereinafter - the department) on combating corruption, prompt response to possible corruption manifestations in the activities of the employees of the department, as well as to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. On the «hotline» receiving and considering information about facts: a) corruption manifestations in the actions of the employees of the department; b) conflicts of interest in the actions of employees of the department; c) non-observance by employees of the department of restrictions and prohibitions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Reception of messages on the «helpline» is carried out daily, except for weekends and holidays, by personally receiving messages on the following schedule: from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 16.00. Specialists working with the information received by the helpline bear personal responsibility for the confidentiality of the information received in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
