Seminar on the theme: «Application of the regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety in new conditions»

According to the plan of professional training of the RSE «Gosexpertiza» employees, a seminar on the topic «Application of the regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety in new conditions» was held in Almaty from October 26 to 27, 2017, where the expert of production department in Atyrau city of the branch RSE «Gosexpertiza» for the Western region Chaplikov Andrey Vladimirovich took part. The seminar opened with an introductory speech by the executive director of the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in Almaty city Baltagulov D.Sh. The seminar was organized and held by «Arna Company» LLP in Astana city. The first day was devoted to the topic «Modern regulatory framework for fire safety. New in technical regulation in connection with the implementation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Civil Protection», «Technical regulations on fire safety requirements», « About the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content». Questions were clarified on special technical conditions for the development of design estimates for capital construction projects, fundamental changes in the regulatory requirements for ensuring fire safety of buildings and structures at the design, construction and operation stages, and fire safety requirements for structural and planning solutions of buildings. The program of the seminar on the second day highlighted such important issues in the field of fire safety, as dangerous fire factors, methods for calculating estimated fire risk values, solutions for smoke protection of buildings and conducting expertise in the field of fire safety. At the end of the seminar were awarded the certificates.
