Acquaintance with the webinar on the topic: "Criminological and criminal legal measures to combat corruption: the state and prospects".

June 29, 2018, within the framework of anti-corruption measures, a webinar for the branch's employees on the subject "Criminological and criminal legal measures to counter corruption: state and prospects" was held. The opening of the event took place with an introductory speech by director of RSE "Statexpertise" in Almaty S. Lekerova. The webinar was organized by IP "Paragraph" jointly with the Institute of Legislation of the RK, the presenter was S. Rakhmetov, Doctor of Law, Professor, author of 226 scientific works, incl. 5 monographs, comments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - CC RK), textbooks on the general and special parts of criminal law. On the webinar, the following topics were considered: the concept of corruption and measures to counter corruption, the characteristics of corruption crime, measures to prevent corruption, criminal law measures to combat corruption.
