In pursuance of the Plan of vocational education of workers of RSE Gosexpertiza for 2018, from June 11 to June 15, 2018 experts of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Baymamyrova G. R. and Begisheva S.V. participated in a seminar on the subject "Development of the Estimate Section of the Construction Project using the Nemetschek Allplan, Autodesk Revit and Renga Architecture BIM Systems and Estimate AVS-4 System" which took place in the city of Almaty. The moderator of a seminar - Inkom LLP. During the seminar the following questions were considered: 1. The organization of work of estimate department when using BIM. 1.1. Preparatory organizational actions. Division of tasks between specialists. 1.2. Organization structure and order of interaction of specialists. Definition of roles, purpose of obligations for interaction and coordination of work. Approval of restrictions between sections of design. Organizational ways of information exchange, developed in design process. 1.3. Estimate audit of BIM models. 1.4. Review of modern opportunities of AVS-2018 software products. 2. Acquaintance to the interface of the Nemetschek Allplan environment. 2.1. Basic concepts of Allplan. Work with the Allplan project. 2.2. Allmenu environment. Import and export of the project. 2.3. Hierarchy of elements of the project. Files, layers, types, elements. 2.4. Submission of design data in Allplan. Plans, types, cuts, facades. 2.5. Reporting documents of Allplan. Use of sheets and specifications when forming the estimate section and carrying out estimate audit. 2.6. The review of types of the elements used when forming architectural, design and adjacent sections. 2.7. Single-layer and multilayer constructions. 2.8. System of attributes of the Allplan elements. 3. Acquaintance to the interface of the Autodesk Revit environment. 3.1. Basic concepts of Revit. Work with the Revit project. 3.2.
