On February 21, 2020, a seminar on "People Management" in the framework of the republican meeting of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” based on the results of work for 2019 and plans for 2020 was held in Nur-Sultan, in which the director of the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Almaty S.O. Lekerov took part. During the seminar the following issues were considered: building effective communication strategies through understanding our own and others motivational needs, motivation through leadership, what we can change in our behavior and in the world around us, how to effectively evaluate behavior according to a new competency model, trust - the cornerstone of our new corporate culture, etc. At the end of the seminar the participants have been issued certificates. We thank the management of RSE "Gosexpertiza" for organizing Republican meeting of RSE "Gosexperttiza" and training the seminar at a high level!
