Confirmation of the quality management system (QMS) for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

RSE "Gosexpertiza" actively continues to work on self-improvement and analysis of potential vulnerabilities of business processes adopted at the enterprise. Since the beginning of 2020, the organization has initiated a range of analytical work. During these events, the current state of internal processes was studied, weaknesses and strengths of the organization were identified, and the internal regulations of the enterprise were revised. These events were the first steps of the organization to improve the quality management system. A quality management system (QMS) is a management system for the management and management of an organization in relation to quality. At the same time, its main task is not to control each unit of production, but to make sure that there are no errors in work that could lead to defects (poor quality of products or services). In world practice, the technologies of modern management of the QMS organization are perceived as a basic and effective tool of the head, capable, if properly implemented, of reviewing and adjusting the work of the organization at all possible levels of activity. Moreover, the use of systematic and process approaches allows you to define the goals of the organization not only in the field of quality, but also the organization as a whole - which gives the organization the opportunity to build a perspective for its long-term development. During the implementation of the QMS in the Gosexpertiza, the company, in addition to analysis, conducted training of personnel at all levels and audits between territorial divisions, developed a risk register of the enterprise and built processes for receiving feedback from consumers of the results of the enterprise. The result of the implementation of the QMS in the Gosexpertiza was the receipt of a certificate of conformity. The QMS certificate is an official document certifying that the organization has successfully implemented and operates a quality management system in accordance with the requirements and provisions of state and international standards. The document also indicates that the organization has carried out an audit of the QMS, and the results of the audit are considered sufficient to issue a certificate of compliance with quality management. It is worth noting that QMS certification is an independent verification of the quality management system of an enterprise by a third party - a certification body, followed by the issuance of a certificate of conformity. The main condition is a positive result of the audit and compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and state regulations. An independent audit of the QMS, based on the results of an open tender on the public procurement portal, was conducted by the auditors of the certification body of Russian Register Eurasia LLP. According to the approved plan, the audit was held from October 25 to 27 of this year. The certification of the QMS in the Gosexpertiza was the most intense, interesting, fruitful and most importantly successful. This is confirmed by the comment of the head of the group of auditors, who noted that the main processes of the company's activities were successfully implemented and the employees who participated in the audit showed a positive result by providing comprehensive information on their work. To date, the Gosexpertiza can say with confidence that the quality management system at the enterprise is fully implemented, and to prove this, not only the ISO 9001:2015 certificate of conformity, but also the IQNet certificate of a single international standard, which operates in 33 countries developed in the field of certification. RSE "Gosexpertiza" does not stop there, planning further self-improvement and positioning as a model in the construction sector of the republic.
