XXXII session of Intergovernmental Council on cooperation in building activity of the CIS countries

In the end of May, 2011 in capital of Kazakhstan the city of Astana has passed XXXI session of Intergovernmental Cooperation Council in building activity of the CIS countries.
Next XXXII session of Intergovernmental Council took place in capital of Republic of Armenia the city of Yerevan on November, 29-30th, 2011.
Session was opened by minister of town-planning of Armenia V. Vardanyan.
With the brief summary information on development of building branch in the CIS countries for 20 years since time of formation of this commonwealth was made the head of a department of Executive Committee of the CIS A.Belenkov.
The report of the deputy minister of town-planning of Armenia R.Alaverdyan concerned questions of local self-management in a context of spatial planning cities and villages of Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus.
Minister of regional development of the Russian Federation of V. Basargin reported about status of affairs on introduction in Russia of institute non-governmental examination results of engineering researches and the design documentation.
Minister of construction and regional development of Moldova of M Raducan has acted with the report on financing repair of an existing available housing and sources of financing in their country, and also about experience of other CIS countries on this question.
Deputy minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine D.Isaenko informed about status of affairs on introduction in sphere of construction of Ukraine of the international system of Eurocodes.
First deputy minister of architecture and construction of Belarus I.Arhipova has acted with the report «Creation of favorable conditions for business dealing and formation of an investment climate at realization of building activity». With the supporting report on the given question the first deputy director of Agency on construction and architecture under the Government of Republic of Tajikistan of M. Sultonov has acted.
With comments under all reports were representatives of Kazakhstan, and also Kyrgyzstan.
Within the limits of work of Intergovernmental Council the meeting of Heads of delegations with the Prime minister of Republic of Armenia T.Sarkisyan took place. By results of its conversation with Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services S.Nokin it has been decided to direct working group from the Government of Armenia to Kazakhstan for deeper studying the Kazakhstan experience on modernization and development housing and a municipal services, to mechanisms of financing of programs in the field of housing and communal services.
In end of XXXII session its head A.Mjasnikov has reported on results of work of Secretary of Intergovernmental Council.
On each question of the agenda of the come to the end session decisions have been signed. Following XXXIII session of Intergovernmental Council will pass in the spring of 2012 in capital of Belarus the city of Minsk.
