Explanation of the changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

10.03.2017. A meeting was held on the theme "changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of civil, banking laws and improve conditions for entrepreneurial activity" in which took part: head of Department of environment of the NKR Zeiger L. A., main specialist of se "the Department of consumer protection SKO"Nekrashevich A. A., head of the Department of natural resources and environmental control, Tagirov B. T.. Deputy Director of branch in the Northern region of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Radchenko Lyudmila Vladimirovna, from a position of leadership, noted that according to the newly introduced changes in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of civil, banking laws and improve conditions for entrepreneurship", including article 48 and 53 of the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09 January 2007, art. 62 code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 September 2009 "On people's health and healthcare system" the experts of these topics on construction projects are the individuals who certified in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan about architectural, town-planning and construction activities. In this regard, from March 13, 2017 the branch in the Northern region of RSE "Gosexpertiza" is planning to hire 2 specialists (in the sections "environmental Protection" and "Sanitary solutions"). Further, the Deputy Director introduced the system of EISQUE, explained the work of experts (in the sections "environmental Protection" and "Sanitary solutions").
