Meeting on the explanation of new modules on the electronic portal of the complex non-departmental expertise www.epsd.kz

Within the framework of the RSE «Gosexpertiza» interaction with local executive bodies, on August 24, 2017 in Akimat of Atyrau city under the chairmanship of head of «Construction management of Atyrau region» Amanova M.Kh. passed an expanded meeting on the activities of the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in the Western region. The meeting was also attended by managers and specialists of the administrations of the Akimat of Atyrau oblast, construction organizations, design organizations. The program of the meeting consisted of three blocks. In the first block the deputy director of the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» for the Western region Khusainov A.G. made a report on the general procedure for carrying out an integrated non-departmental expertise. The datas were shown in the form of presentation explaining the amendments to the legislative acts in the area of sectoral expertises and the main regulatory legal acts used in the conduct of a comprehensive non-departmental expertise. The second block of the meeting was devoted to two new modules: on pre-expert work and the communication module. The third block was held on the «question-answer» format, in which topical questions were asked and the most frequent comments on projects were discussed. Based on the results of the meeting, in order to improve the quality of design, it is planned to hold a series of joint events aimed at improving expert activity, providing information and methodological assistance to designers and organizing a constructive dialogue on sensitive issues.
