Issues of development of construction projects discussed in Aktobe

On May 24, 2023, a round table was held in Aktobe in the akimat building of Aktobe region with the participation of representatives of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" and the Rationing Center of KazNIISA JSC, construction customers, design organizations and expert estimators. The round table was opened by the head of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Aktobe Region" N.S. Aldiyarov and introduced those present for the purpose of the meeting - informing about the latest changes in the regulatory framework regulating project and expert activities. Then the word was given to the Deputy General Director of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" Botenbayev Zh.Zh. who reported on the main directions of improving the regulatory framework, on the rule-making work of the central executive bodies. More detailed information was presented in the presentations of the speakers: Head of the Methodology Department of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" E.B. Akanov - on changes in the regulatory document, Head of the BIM-Technologies Department I.I. Nechaev - on improving state standards in terms of the use of information modeling technologies for construction facilities (BIM) and Director of the Rationing Center of KazNIISA JSC Hasen A.A. - on new approaches to the formation of the estimated cost of construction. After completing the presentation of the prepared materials, the speakers answered topical questions that arise both during the development of construction projects and during their implementation. The results of the round table showed that the main vector for the development of project activities is the digitalization of almost all organizational and management functions for design, other works and services required in the development of construction projects. In this regard, it is necessary to focus efforts on creating a regulatory framework and the organizational and technical base of technologies for creating information models of construction facilities. Of particular interest were the introduction of innovative technologies for information modeling of construction facilities into expert activities, which make it possible to bring design and expert activities to a new qualitative level.
