The Kazakhstan delegation has visited Finland and Sweden with the purpose of acquaintance with practice of designing and building construction in view of requirements of energy saving and energy efficiency.

From October, 22 till October, 31st, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan in structure of workers of Agency RK on affairs of construction and housing and communal services, RSE «Gosexpertiza» and building industry enterprises has visited Finland and Sweden under invitation UNDP in Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of visit was acquaintance with practice of designing and building construction in view of requirements of energy saving and energy efficiency. On October, 23rd, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan has visited the largest power companies of Finland - Helsingin Energia Group in city Helsinki and coal power station Salmisaari. During visiting experts have familiarized with work of the companies and have discussed questions of the centralized heating, cooling and submission of the electric power, tariff policy, procedure of the reporting concerning consumption of the energy, the removed measurement of consumed energy and an electricity. In second half of day the delegation of Kazakhstan has visited the technical-research center of Finland, a being largest multitechnological organization of Northern Europe on applied researches which develops hi-tech decisions and represents innovative services, and also have visited office of company «Finpro». On October, 24th, 2012 the meeting of the delegation of Kazakhstan with Mr. Teppo Lehtinenom - director of department on building the surrounding environment/construction of Ministry of preservation of the environment on which principles energy efficiency residential buildings have been discussed took place. Also, constructed on technology of «a passive building» the company «Reponen Oy» and a complex of separate houses on one family visiting an apartment house took place in city Helsinki. The technology applied on last object is based on the integrated system consisting of system of heating and ventilation with recuperation of heat, geothermal heating, cooling and collectors of a solar energy. On October, 25th, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan has taken part in a seminar on an exchange of experience in the field of energy efficiency the constructions, organized company Bahanen group in the city of Espoo. On October, 26th, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan has visited has visited various objects in a number of cities of Finland such as: - An apartment house where the integrated system consisting of system of heating and ventilation with recuperation of heat is used, geothermal heating, cooling and collectors of a solar energy from photo-electric panels in the city of Jarvenpaa; - central heat energy on the installed gas fuel in city Lahti; - A factory on manufacturing designs «Betonimestarit» in the city of Nastola. On October, 29th, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan has visited in the Swedish energy agency in the city of Malme (Sweden) and have taken part in a fact-finding trip with city «Western harbour-city in movement». On October, 30th, 2012 the delegation of Kazakhstan has visited University of the city of Lund (faculty of engineering and city architecture) and the International University of industrial economy and an environment where have heard lectures on themes «LKF – renovation and introduction new technologies in the field of city construction», «Creative environment» and «Legal requirements at certification LEED».
