Working trip under the invitation of the company "KPMK - International" (South Korea)

On January, 3-7rd, 2013 the working trip of experts RSE "Gosexpertiza” to the city of Seoul (South Korea) under the invitation of company "KPMK - International" with the purpose of acquaintance with features of designing and construction of multipurpose inhabited complexes applied by the company took place. During a working trip the presentation of one of multipurpose inhabited complexes of company Highvill took place. On presentation the new method of designing of multi-storey high-altitude apartment houses with use of an unloading earthquake joint has been presented. Also breadboard models of buildings with the device of antiseismic joints and without them have been shown. Participants of presentation have visited already constructed apartments of an inhabited complex of company Highvill. Company Highvill plans to use the new decision at designing and construction of buildings in seismic regions at us in Republic of Kazakhstan. Experts RSE "Gosexpertiza” also have visited a platform at an initial stage of construction of skyscraper LOTTE SUPERTOWER or as it still name, Digital Media City Landmark «vertical city» (height nearby 550) on which first ten elevated floors is already erected, have familiarized with a breadboard model of a building and have heard some reports of representatives design civil engineering firm BIM. The basic direction of company BIM is architectural designing. Application 3D designing - a technique of building design, with the purpose to adjust the project to constantly growing inquiry and vision of the customer.
