Seminar - meeting concerning realization of the sectoral program of drinking water supply «Аk Bulak» for 2011-2020.

On January, 18th, 2013 in RSE "Gosexpertiza" the republican seminar-meeting concerning realization of the sectoral program of drinking water supply «Ak bulak» for 2011-2020 took place. Experts have taken part in work of a seminar-meeting on sections of engineering networks and constructions of head enterprise and branches RSE "Gosexpertiza", representatives of specialized branch institute of JSC «Kazakh Vodokanalproekt». At a seminar-meeting questions of the uniform approach to formation and the requirement on development of the design-budget documentation of objects of water supply and water removal, a rule of the special order of development design-budget documentation of objects of an engineering infrastructure have been considered. At a seminar-meeting were the head of a department of monitoring and an engineering infrastructure of JSC «Kazakh Vodokanalproekt» Cheprasov S.B. and the main expert of a department of engineering networks and constructions RSE "Gosexpertiza" Umbetov B.S., which in the reports special attention have given questions to energyefficiency and energyconservation in making design decisions. Alongside with it at a seminar-meeting the presentation of introduced system of electronic acceptance of the design-budget documentation and a new platform of uniform system of electronic document circulation which are directed on increase of a qualitative level of expert works has been lead. The lead republican seminar-meeting has defined the uniform approach and directions of works on the further improvement of quality by development of the design-budget documentation of objects of an engineering infrastructure
