Archimedes Mukhambetov promised Askar Mamin that in Kostanay there will be not only an industrial zone, but also an agropromarket

The industrial zone will be put into operation in parts, explained the akim of Kostanay region Archimedes MUKHAMBETOV on the lighting with the participation of the first vice-premier of RK Askar Mamin. The first stage is planned to be completed by August 2017. - A year ago, the preparation of design estimates was completed in the industrial zone. In the feasibility study, the initial estimate was KZT 11 billion. We have optimized the costs, "he said. - We decided that first we will start the first stage - 60 hectares. On this site, factories for the production of auto components will be located, which will allow to increase localization, local content in cars produced in our country. We invited the partners from China and Uzbekistan under this idea. Now the construction of a gas pipeline, a water pipe is started there, then we proceed to erect an administrative building, in two months we will begin to build an electric transmission line and a substation. We finish all the works in August 2017. The second stage - an industrial site for 200 hectares - will be commissioned later. It is intended for enterprises of the construction industry and processing enterprises. At the same time, processing of agricultural products, in general the production of food products will be made out of this zone. After the visit of the delegation led by akim of the region to Tatarstan in April 2016, the idea arose to build an agro-industrial park in Kostanay. "Specialists from Tatarstan helped to develop the project," Mukhambetov reported to the first deputy prime minister. - We plan that in this complex everything will be provided for small and medium-sized businesses engaged in the production of products. There will be access roads, warehouses, refrigeration facilities, infrastructure, let's sum it up at the expense of the budget. At the location of the akim said only that such a park is planned on the way out of the regional center towards Chelyabinsk. By the way, the information was sounded that there would be a place for holding fairs there. Construction should begin in 2017.
