Creation of a unified methodological basis for the implementation of projects with estimated cost, determined at the basic level of prices in 2001, during the transition to current prices

October 31, 2014 employees of the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region took part in the republican seminar with specialists in price monitoring and experts in budget documentation that was held in the head enterprise of RSE "Gosexpertiza", Astana. The seminar was conducted under the supervision of Karagoyshin TD, First Deputy General Director of RSE "Gosexpertiza". The theme of the seminar was the creation of a unified methodological framework for the implementation of projects with estimated cost, determined at the basic level of prices in 2001, during the transition to current prices. This methodology establishes the procedure for the implementation of investment projects for facilities constructed at the expense of and / or with the participation of public investments for the period of input of the resource method for determining construction products in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
