Summarizing the activities of the branch for 2013

The company's key performance indicators for 2013. Examination of 304 project units (5 units of feasibility study, 299 projects and working projects, including 17 units of documentation were submitted again in 2013.) 30% of the total number of reviewed projects are projects with non-state investments, there is a tendency for private investors to grow.   Based on the results of the preliminary review of the design documentation submitted for examination, the design and estimate documentation was returned for completion due to incompleteness of 37 units, contracts were canceled due to non-compliance with the contractual terms - 25 units of design estimates. The total amount of concluded contracts on the main subject of activity of the territorial unit for the reporting period was 202, 545 million tenge. According to the State program for the development of housing construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region examined documentation for 9 facilities.
