Construction of an administrative building for the state enterprise "Kostanaygosekspertiza"

In accordance with the order No. 26 of 14.02.2011 on the implementation of paragraph 8.4. Programs for improving the activities of RSE "Gosexpertiza" for 2011-2013. preparatory measures were carried out for the construction of its own office building: - the enterprise received a land plot in ownership; - A decision was made by the City Akim on the allocation of a land plot for the construction of an office building, an act of survey of the site with all services of the city was agreed upon; - Land management works on the land plot have been completed, ownership of land has been registered, and the value of the land plot has been assessed; - a draft outline of the building is developed, the facade with the architecture of the city is coordinated. - The procedure for public procurement for the development of design estimates has been completed; - in the future, it is planned to announce a tender for the selection of a construction and installation contractor for the construction of an office building, as well as for technical supervision services at this facility.
