Open day was held in the RSE "Gosexpertiza"

On April 21, the RSE "Gosexpertiza" and its regional territorial divisions (branches and departments) opened the doors friendly, inviting all participants in design and expert activities to the offline site to present their activities and attract new qualified specialists to the system. General director of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" Kazhkenov Kuandyk from the first words of the greeting set a friendly tone and a free format of the meeting, which until the end of the fair allowed all participants to become eyewitnesses to the business processes of state expertise, communicate with experts and ask questions of interest. The social block aroused particular interest among those present, since 2014 the Enterprise has been operating its local trade union, which protects the interests of employees. A wide list of social guarantees was one of the stimulating factors for the participation of candidates in the expert fair. The unified republican fair of the enterprise set the goal, first of all, of purposeful monitoring of the labor market of the expert industry in the capital and regions, selection and employment of the best candidates, as well as the formation of a personnel reserve. Representatives of the Moscow Employment Center took part in the fair and the director of the Center Kabzhanov Bakytbek A. made a presentation, who noted the importance and necessity of this event. This event aroused increased interest among representatives of the project environment, for example, designers took part in the fair in the republic, who could potentially carry the title of "state experts" with honor in the future. Upon completion of the speech of the heads of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" and the KSU "Employment Center" of the akimat of Astana, the presentation of the enterprise's activities and social guarantees, an excursion of invited and candidates to the workplaces of experts was held. Specialists from the methodology department, the project expertise department and the HR department of the central office conducted a preliminary interview with candidates, a questionnaire and answered questions of interest to candidates. About 100 applicants took part in the event "Open Day" (job fair). Presentation materials also found a positive response. Interesting and dynamic video videos posted in open social messengers made it possible to show the openness and readiness of the State Expertise to even closer interaction. Also, within the framework of the event, it was decided to sign a memorandum on interaction in the social and labor sphere with the KSU "Employment Center of the Akimat of Astana."
