E-otinish training

Within the framework of improving the work with appeals of individuals and legal entities in a single platform for receiving and processing all appeals of citizens "E-otinish", on 2 August 2023, training was held on the consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities (accounting, consideration of appeals) and preparation of monthly quarterly, semi-annual and annual statistical reports on registered appeals for responsible persons of RSE "Gosexpertiza" and its branches. The training was conducted by N.A. Baltabekova, an employee of the Department for control over citizens' appeals of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development. The work with appeals of individuals and legal entities is under constant control of the management of RSE "Gosexpertiza" and its branches.
