E-appeals Information System Training

On August 16, training was held with the participation of the Prosecutor of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Astana A.V. Adilbekova. Today, the effectively implemented information system "E-appeal" provides digitalization of processes, concerning appeals, allows you to automatically distribute appeals depending on the competence of state bodies, reduce the time for consideration of applications by optimizing the number of requests between state bodies, inform the applicant on all stages and terms of consideration of appeals and create a unified database of all received appeals to state bodies. Work with appeals of individuals and legal entities is under constant control of the management of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" and its branches.
