On July 24, 2020, after a short illness, Sergey Leopoldovich Guber, the director of the department for the Karaganda region, passed away.

Sergei Leopoldovich was born on March 17, 1953. Having started his career in November 1977 and until March 2010, Guber S.L. worked in various design and construction organizations in the city of Karaganda. In April 2010, he was invited to the position of the head of the production department of the Karagandagosexpertiza subsidiary enterprise. In the RSE «Gosekspertiza» Guber S.L. worked in the most responsible positions. For many years and fruitful work, Guber S.L. was awarded the honorary title «Kurmetti Kurylysshy», the medal «Enbek ardageri», Certificates of honor and letters of thanks of the authorized body in the field of construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Sergei Leopoldovich, as a responsible and conscientious leader, worked until the very last day of his life for the benefit of his team and the region. The staff of the branch of the RSE «Gosekspertiza» in the city of Almaty expresses deep condolences to the family and friends in connection with the grievous loss.
