In this regard, RSE "Gosexpertiza", being an executor under contracts for conducting a comprehensive non-departmental examination of projects (feasibility study and PSD), informs that due to the expiration of force majeure circumstances that were the basis for sending to your address a Notification of the occurrence of force majeure circumstances dated 06.01.2022 No. 01-03-03/0020, it proceeds to continue execution signed contracts for examination from January 17, 2022. At the same time, taking into account the state of emergency in force in a number of regions, as well as the epidemiological situation and other force majeure circumstances, customers who have force majeure events that do not allow them to continue the proper performance of obligations under contracts have the right to contact the relevant regional structural unit of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" and conclude an agreement on the suspension of the contract for the period of validity of such circumstances in accordance with Chapter 3 "Force Majeure". If there is no possibility of sending a request to suspend the contract due to force majeure circumstances from the parties to the contract, the request must be sent after the expiration of force majeure circumstances with the conclusion of an agreement certifying the period of suspension of the contract.
