VI International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise"

October 18-22, 2022 in Yekaterinburg at the invitation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, RSE "Gosexpertiza" took part in the VI International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise," held within the framework of the IX International Construction Forum and Exhibition 100 + TechnoBuild. The conference was attended by representatives of construction expertise of the Russian Federation, the republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Our country was represented by a team of experienced expert specialists under the leadership of Kazhkenov Kuandyk Zhumabekovich, General Director of the RSE "Gosexpertiza." The opening of the conference was provided to Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Sergei Muzychenko and Mayor of Yekaterinburg Alexei Orlov. After greeting all countries, the first to make a report was the inviting side - the head of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia Igor Manylov. Participants in the countries began reporting on three thematic sessions. General Director of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Kazhkenov K.Zh. in the first thematic session made a report "Expertise today: a review of the latest changes in the system of state expertise of Kazakhstan." In the second thematic session, our colleague, head of the BIM-technologies department of the information technology department Serikkhaliyev Salamat Bauyrzhanovich, made a presentation and report on the topic "Transformational expertise in the context of digitalization of the life cycle." In the third thematic session "Development of human resources in construction," all participants shared their problems on this topic and highlighted their development experience in this direction. Our colleagues actively participated in discussions and discussions on a particular topic of the session block. In particular, on the topic of training professional personnel. It is worth noting that the general director of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" Kazhkenov K. ZH. proposed for the future the idea of holding an international sports day between the collective teams of examinations of the countries of the conference participants, which was unanimously and enthusiastically supported by all the participants of the event. The official part of the conference ended with a traditional photo shoot. It is pleasant to realize that Kazakhstan in the field of digitalization has gone far in its development, in particular during the comprehensive private examination of construction projects, which is emphasized at each annual session. The rapid development of other countries over the past year in this direction is noted, and this is all thanks to close cooperation and the exchange of experience between countries.
