Within the limits of realization of the decision of Ministerial council of the USSR from July, 23rd, 1987, #841 «About perfection of examination of projects and estimates on construction of the enterprises, buildings and the constructions subordinated to republican and local authorities» the Central administrative board state out of departmental examination on August, 8th, 1988 has been created at Gosstroy to the Kazakh SSR and the branched out network of departmental examinations is abolished.

As the organizer of conference Management of the State out of departmental examination on construction and architecture of Republic Tatarstan has acted. For participation in the given conference there have arrived heads and representatives Rosstroy, regional bodies of state expert appraisal of projects, the building and design organizations, institutes of independent expert appraisals of the Russian Federation.

За отчетный период 2008 года ДГП «Запгосэкспертиза» рассмотрен 101 проект. По итогам рассмотрения рекомендовано к утверждению 97 проектов, а 4 проекта были отклонёны. Из общего объёма рассмотренной проектно-сметной документации 16,83 % составили капитальные негосударственные вложения и 83,17 % государственные капиталовложения.
