Abay Gizatovich Baibatshaev, a labor veteran, our colleague who worked in the RSE “Statexpertise” for more than 20 years, died after a long illness on October 18, 2019, at the 76th year of his life. A.G. Baybatshaev began his career in 1970 as an engineer in the electrical department of the Institute “Kazgiprotehnomestprom”. Until 1994, he worked as Art. engineer, head of the department at the State Research Institute “Kazgiprotorg”, NPO “Almaty” KazNIPIplodohootkhoz ”, the Institute“ Kazselkhozproekt ”(renamed“ Kazgiproplodohlazprom ”), since 1993 was the director of the institute.

16 октября 2019 года в г.Кызылорда команда экспертов Zertteu Research Institute провела антикоррупционную мастерскую (семинар), в котором приняла участие начальник ПО Департамента по Кызылординской области Бутабаева Айгуль. Участники познакомились с основами законодательства в сфере борьбы с коррупцией и практическими инструментами противодействия коррупции, работа с ресурсами как портал открытое правительство, портал госзакупок, интерактивная карта открытых бюджетов publicbudget.kz и другие.
