Были рассмотрены ряд вопросов, такие как изменениях в законодательстве, передаче части функций по проведению комплексной вневедомственной экспертизы проектов в конкурентную среду, о ресурсном методе определения стоимости проектных работ, определению стоимости проведения экспертизы.
