А visiting meeting of enterprise on issues related to the conduct of a comprehensive extradepartmental expertise on the principle of «one window».

On June 13, 2015 in Almaty under the chairmanship of executive acting of general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Karagoyshin T. D. was held a visiting meeting of enterprise on issues, related to the conduct of a comprehensive extradepartmental expertise of the principle of «one window». The meeting was attended by Advisor of general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Bekmukhambetov S.K., deputy head of the consolidated department of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Iskakov B.B., as well as all leading employees, department heads and leading experts of branches of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in Almaty city, in Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda and South Kazakhstan regions. At the meeting was attended interested representatives of projectors and customers of construction projects from all over the southern region of the country. Chairman of the meeting - Karagoyshin T.D. introduced the new principles of a conducting comprehensive extradepartmental expertise, by the order of materials of TES or PED, together with the original documents by electronic portal, the timing and duration of a comprehensive extradepartmental expertise (including industry expertise). He noted that comprehensive extradepartmental expertise in a timely manner will give remarks on the forms of strict accountability, signed by electronic signature and only once, and said that according to the new rules of extradepartmental expertise of complex objects on the «Project» stage expertise will not be considered. Expertise mode expert support will be excluded. Particularly was marked the principle of the experts with customers in the mode «online» (phone calls, correspondence via the Internet, in the event of disputes holding a collegial meetings) and about a ban on personal contact of experts with customers and projectors. On the questions of the participants gave answers of executive acting of general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Karagoyshin T. D., advisor of general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Bekmukhambetov S.K., deputy head of the consolidated department of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Iskakov B.B. Сoncluding remarks were made advisor of general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Bekmukhambetov S.K.: announced that in case of questions on the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 299 dated April 1, 2015, must be placed on the official website of RSE «Gosexpertiza». He pointed out, that for the all arisen questions will be provided official answers through the enterprise's website.
