Meeting on the dissemination of amendments to the Law of RK "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

November 14, 2015 as part of measures to take account of changes and additions to the Law "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in Almaty meeting was held in the mode of a round table with participation of heads of the Office of Monitoring and control the licensing and certification of Bocharov S.V., Office of the State Architecture and Construction Control Bizhanova T.A. Committee on affairs of construction, housing and communal services and management land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, director of the Center for Pricing in Construction Zhanuzakova B.B., management and employees of the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in Almaty, Almaty, heads of departments, representatives of akimat of Almaty and project organizations. During the meeting were discussed issues on innovations in the field of licensing architecture, urban planning and construction activities for the design and construction companies and amending the rules of implementation of certification engineers design and construction organizations, and rules providing engineering services for the management of construction projects and qualification requirements placed on organizations to provide project management services. Also discussed about the current pricing in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction, the legislative reforms to introduce a resource method for determining the cost of construction. Constructive dialogue between the participants of the meeting allows representatives of akimat of Almaty and design organizations to get answers to many problematic issues.
