The purpose of the activity of the Branch is a comprehensive assessment of urban planning projects, development and development of the territory, construction of social, industrial, recreational, engineering and transport infrastructure facilities (including energy saving facilities, water supply, heat supply, main transport, communications, communications, communal housing and other systems life support) in the territory of Kostanay region. For the first time, an expert body in the Kostanay region was established by the decision of the Main Department of State Non-Departmental Expertise under the Gosstroy of the Kazakh SSR (Kazglavgosekspertiza) on the basis of the Office of the State Expertise of Projects (Order No. 45 of 08.08.1988) in the person of the State Extra- Regional Executive Committee. On October 31, 1988 Kalinina Alevtina Mihailovna was appointed to the position of the head of the department of state non-departmental expertise under the Kustanai regional executive committee of the Kazakh USSR (order 27-l of 25.10.1988). Kalinina Alevtina Mikhailovna attracted for the examination of design estimates of non-staff specialists who are still working in the state expertise: Maksimova OI, Cherkashin Т.В. and Makarenko A.M. In subsequent years, as a result of structural changes, the adoption of the new Urban Planning Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter and in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 24, 1996, No. 88 "On the Improvement of Architectural and Urban Planning Control in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the department was named Kustanai Regional State Non- examination of projects (DGP Kustanaygosekspertiza), which since February 4, 1997 was headed by Alexander Martynovich Makarenko, who had extensive experience in the management bodies and in the project business. He contributed to the improvement of the structure of the enterprise, the organization of expert work, the improvement of the working conditions of employees. From 2007 to March 2014, Kozak Vyacheslav Andreevich headed the branch, by education - a construction engineer, has been connected with this industry for more than 25 years. Since March 2014, the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region is headed by Nurlybayev Bolatbek Kalievich, who has extensive experience in state expertise of project documentation, design and management bodies. In connection with the reorganization of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management RSE "Gosexpertiza" by affiliation of subsidiaries of RSE "Gosexpertiza" to it, Kostanai division was renamed into the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region on July 26, 2012. The branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region has a highly qualified staff of professionals with extensive experience (10, 20 years and more) in production, design and expert work in the field of urban planning and construction solutions, production technologies in various industries, engineering support, transport complex, budget valuation and pricing.
