The basic industrial parameters of activity RSE «Gosexpertiza» and its territorial divisions for an I-half-year 2013

As a whole on republic system RSE «Gosexpertiza» for an I-half-year 2013 had been considered 4 829 units of the design documentation on construction (reconstruction, overhaul, technical re-equipment) on all sources of financing. The total declared cost of construction of all considered documentation has made 5 399,443 billion tenge. From the general number of the considered design documentation of 4718 units of the experts updated on remarks have received the positive expert conclusion with recommendations to the statement with the total budget (estimated) cost of construction 4 971,653 billion tenge.

Thus for the first half-year 2011 on the objects financed due to the state investments, 4 064 units of the design documentation that makes 84,2 % from total of the considered documentation have been considered. Private investments have been enclosed only in 765 units of the design documentation or 15,8 %.

As a result of updating the project documentation under remarks of experts and exceptions of unreasonable and no-purpose expenses, the total declared budget (estimated) cost of construction in projects, for an I-half-year 2013, has been lowered on 415,969 billion tenge, including under the projects financed due to the state investments - 276,948 billion tenge.

Owing to poor quality with numerous deviations from requirements of the state specifications have been returned on completion of 111 units of project documentation with the general declared budget (estimated) cost of construction on 23,641 billion tenge.
