Introduction and discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "Growth of welfare of Kazakhstan increasing the income and quality of life" from October 05, 2018

08 October 2018 in the branch of RSE "Statexpertise" Almaty a meeting was held with the purpose of support and promote of the message of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "Growth of welfare of Kazakhstan increasing the income and quality of life" from the 05th of Oct 2018 (further – the Message). Opening remarks were made by Director of the branch of RSE "Statexpertise" in Almaty S. Lekerov. He noted that the Message has a distinct social character. In this document the Head of state raises the most topical issues, which have recently disturbed the people of Kazakhstan, as well as specific measures for their solution. These are questions of increase of incomes of the population, regulation of the housing sector, limiting tariffs in natural monopolies, SME lending, financial stability, support of the younger generation – the youth of Kazakhstan. The meeting was announced six important parts of the Message: 1. The income growth. 2. Improving the quality of life. 3. Creating a comfortable living environment. 4. The state apparatus, oriented to citizens ' needs. 5. An effective foreign policy. 6. The attitude of every citizen of Kazakhstan the processes of change in the country. In each of these areas of development the Head of state put before the Executive, legislative and judicial authorities of Kazakhstan a number of specific tasks. Following the meeting, discussed challenges and exchanged opinions adopted: 1. To support the Message of the President to people of Kazakhstan "Growth of welfare of Kazakhstan increasing the income and quality of life" from the 05th of Oct 2018. 2. Create branch conditions for ensuring full staff involvement in the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of state to people of Kazakhstan, works to constantly improve the professionalism and accountability of the whole team. 3. To provide social support to employees of the branch together with the Union. 4. To continue to combat corruption, to show integrity and intolerance of corruption, violations of labor discipline, poor execution of duties.
